Dolphin Dice 2000
Most other Yahtzee games have good functionality but not too impressive graphical interface. Dolphin Dice 2000 gives you that! Not only is the gameplay well designed, but it's a real cool looking dice game too - probably the coolest Yahtzee clone on the freeware market. I should emphasize that this game has some modifications to the traditional rules of Yahtzee. You might call it a powered-up mutant of Yahtzee. For instance, you have 6 dice and 60 rolls totally for the whole round to use wisely. The game also has an online highscore table. You deselect the dice you don't want to keep (undo with another click). Nice sound effects.
NOTE: If your PC has old VB files then the install program will reboot your computer and then you need to start the installation again. Also, the uninstall program is in German.
Extreme Dice
You roll 5 dice and select them in the way that you score the most. You try to combine the dice into full house, 4 of a kind etc. No sound.
PokerDice
PokerDice is similar to the traditional Yahtzee dice game. Here you don't have to count the dots on the dice. You just select the combination that gives best score. The graphics and sound are both neat. PokerDice was created by Quack Brothers at DuckDiver.com thus the duck theme that appears in the game.
Tim's Yahtzee
Probably 10 years ago, this Yahtzee game would have been considered a better game. Today the expectations are higher, and with mediocre graphics and no sound it really takes away a big chunk of the gaming experience.
